Starting his career in 2011 as a Commis Chef in India, he has grown through dedication and passion for the culinary arts, advancing to leadership positions including his current role as Head Chef. He has successfully collaborated with 35 plus international and local brands, contributing to portfolio growth, pre-openings, and high-end dining concepts. His journey includes key roles at Banana Island Resort by Anantara, Doha (2014-2019), Joali Maldives Resort (2019-2023) - where he worked alongside Michelin-starred Chef Theodor Falser followed by Bijal Resort, Turkey, MSC Cruises, Italy, and Hideaway Beach Resort, Maldives, before moving to Oman as Head Chef. Chef Raghuraj holds an Engineering Degree and a Culinary Diploma, along with certifications in STCW, Crowd Management, HACCP Level 1 & 2, and USPH, enabling him to maintain global standards in food safety and hygiene while delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
